The Reiki Centre in Oak Ridges announces

Course details:

During the course, we will teach you:

• A history of Reiki and the 5 Reiki Precepts
• How to give oneself a treatment
• How to give someone else a treatment
• 4 separate initiations
There will be a lot of time dedicated to practice. Come dressed in comfortable clothes such
as yoga or similar outfit. Class size is purposely kept to a reasonable number of participants
so you can get personalized attention from the teacher, which allows catering to your
personal physical or emotional needs.
Every day, the course starts at 10:00 AM and ends at around 5:00 PM. Please arrive by
9:45 AM, so you can get settled. Bring a journal, a blanket and a small cushion.
We will break for lunch for an hour, you will have the choice to, either join us at the nearby
Japanese restaurant or bring your own lunch. We have a fully equipped kitchen, with oven,
microwave oven, fridge and freezer. We supply teas, herbal teas, coffee and water.
