“Teri’s restorative yoga training has given me the knowledge and confidence to teach a restorative yoga class and to include a restorative pose or two in most of my non-restorative classes. The training also enriched my own restorative yoga practice. I now know how to support myself optimally in many restorative poses. Teri’s teaching was informative, thorough and a lot of fun!” Cathy Smuk, 200 RYT, Yoga Source In-Studio Instructor
“Restorative Training not only improved my job opportunities as a yoga instructor, but helped me to bring a more accessible practice to clients who otherwise were uncomfortable or believed that they “couldn’t practice.” I also found more of a tenderness in my personal practice, and have been more attentive to my body, and it’s needs. Thank you, Teri!” Sara Mercer, 200 RYT, Yoga Source Youth/Kids, & sub instructor
“The most powerful thing about restorative yoga and the teacher training, is uncovering the ability and learning the skills to move your being into its own intrinsic place of healing, relaxation and restoration. What makes it even better is then being able to guide another person into that place. It is a truly magical and powerful thing to understand your body and your nervous system and to be able to take the skills you learn and apply them in your everyday life.” Crystal McDermott, 200 RYT, Yoga Source In-Studio Instructor, & LiveStreaming Yoga Class Instructor.
