Who are you really? Have you been able to solve the mystery regarding where “those”, silly and sometimes nasty or dangerous thoughts come from?…….I would like to share with you what I have found to be true for me and perhaps offer a key which could unlock some of your uncertainty regarding your thoughts.
Thoughts derive from your mind and your mind is that part of you, which is huge in ‘Ego’. Your mind is like a partner in your business that is best to be a silent one or one that you observe but not base your reason of being on. As human ‘beings’ we rely on the mind for many things, such as research and development, but remember you are the owner in your business, do as you know from your gut the purpose of your business and the reason for your being. You can always laugh at the crazy paranoia and often times Bi-polar behavior of the mind. Be the observer of the mind not the mind itself. You are a perfect being in the imperfect world, just remember not to give up your freedom of your choices by falling into the peer pressure of the mind. Stay clear and focused explore your emotions and be responsible for them don’t neglect your passage in this world by not being present!
Karma=The sum total of your choices and their effects. I challenge you to be the being you are meant to be without hurting others and yourself. See me now click here. wayseer manifesto

I am creating continuously and my life changes with my karma. Karma= the sum total of my choice and their effects are present, yet I still remain rigid and holding tightly to what I think the world and others ’should’ do. Now I realize that I have not only created good but I have created my discomfort. Today I will see that I can change my discomfort(pity party, boredom, hate) into something or a feeling that allows more flow of breath and even peace. Funny how life is or how I want to make it. Today, I surround my self with positive people and I will practice yoga with a fun group and share with others the wisdom that they have inspired in me. A shout out to Lisa Paskal of Yoga Shelter.

You look into your heart, discover what gives you pain, and refuse to inflict that pain on anybody else. I often find myself doing the opposite, not on purpose but when I step back and review my day, much of the time I have hurt myself doing the same thing again. Today I choose to notice in myself, that I am only one but I am one, I can not do everything but I can do something, and I will not let what I can not do interfere with what I can do. I’m going to let my Dreams be BIGGER and more awesome than my Memories. On my path of living my life fully through thick and thin, I have learned silence from the talkative, toleration from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind: yet, I often don’t appreciate those teachers. Today I realize this and send my graditude to all.
Namaste.

Living life may mean many challenges. May you be open to growth and ride the wave of its ups and downs. Sometimes life requires that we pay close attention to our actions and sometimes our actions lead us to timely withdrawal. Be present and listen to what our gut says and live in that moment. Either get off your ass or lighten up, kinda like the ‘Tedder Todder‘. Can you spot the difference?
Balance, give and receive without hurting others and yourself!

I Often felt alone in this vast world of information, until I read an article from Madisyn Taylor of dailyom.com. I truly have learned the lesson to follow my gut, as much as publications, commercials and ads can mislead me as a vulnerable consumer, it is the ‘Gut feeling‘ that makes the choice so blissful. Its like a light bulb goes on and I say, “I knew it” I knew that would be true.
Throughout our lives we will encounter new information, integrate it, and decide what is compost and what is your nourishment.
Remaining open allows me to continually change and shift by checking in with myself as I learn new information. It keeps me flexible and alert, and while it can feel a bit like being thrown off balance all the time, this openness is essential to the process of growth and expansion. Please apply this to all parts of your existing life and you shall see an opportunity to ride the waves of information and inspiration, open and willing you will see how blessed you are. ‘Do’ and ‘be present’ in the yoga practice…..Enhance your life by being free.

First. What to wear? Wear your old baggy sweats and a favorite comfy T. Wear what suits you, but as long as you wash it often.
Second. I can’t bend, should I do yoga? Absolutely, that is why the postures have been developed in hopes that we have a steady practice and become more aligned or come back to our “Vital force”.
Third.Do you Have Hot Yoga? We certainly do, but a different hot yoga. A traditional approach. As Buddha says,”Seek within not with out.” Our Asana classes allow the heat to build within your body and giving you the great release of toxins without unnecessary dehydration of the major organs which happens when we exert our energy when in a hot space or environment.
Remember to stay open and find what appeals to you regardless of others opinions. This is your destination, not anyone else can decide for you how to live it.

Yoga Source’s Teachers’ Training is one of the region’s newest and most prominent courses, recognized for its non-dogmatic approach and spirited method. This unique teacher training programme draws on a range of teachings and yogic traditions to encourage students and aspiring teachers to find their own voice and inspiration in this evolving practice.
In this course, students explore a practical and theoretical syllabus that covers not only asanas but meditation, anatomy, nutrition, philosophy, ethics, and various teaching methods and techniques. The teachers’ training is structured to give prospective yoga teachers a solid grounding in the various postures and practices of hatha yoga as well as basic insight into some of the major eastern sources of yoga knowledge and their modern significance. Students will develop basic insight into the anatomy, physiology and movement potential of the human body and as students are expected to teach and be students simultaneously, strength and insight is developed throughout the programme.
Yoga Source’s Teacher Training is a comprehensive training programme for students who have been practising yoga for at least 2 years and who wish to become teachers. This course is also open for students who simply wish to deepen their practice and learn more about themselves as yogis or yoginis. Each weekend is a progressive, integrating practice over the course of eight months to a year. The training is an ongoing conversation and students develop lasting relationships within the yoga community and are able to take advantage of a small and consistent teaching staff.
This course was introduced in 2008 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Fees are kept as low as possible but do remain consistent with being able to offer teaching from the region’s best specialists in their respective fields.
We are proud of our graduates, and many have gone on to teach or open their own studios.
